Indore-Chandigarh Express that leaves every Friday, too, has been cancelled between Ambala and Chandigarh. The passengers will have to culminate their journey or board the trains at Ambala.

Aimed at to provide clean and hygienic environment to the passengers at the railway station, the washable apron made up of concrete would come up at the railway station, which would be easier to clean using water hydrants.
