And this time she has been joined by stunning model and actress Emily Ratajkowski, the two of them wearing nothing but trousers.
Their ample chests were protected by black bars, to mimic the very shame photo posted by the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star.
Also replicating the original snap, the pair - who sported very similar brunette hairstyles - posed in a mirror in a bathroom.
Along with the shot, Kim joked: 'When we're like...we both have nothing to wear LOL @emrata.'
Clearly making a stand following the huge amount of backlash the mother-of-two was faced with following the previous picture post, Gone Girl star Emily also posted the image along with a message to explain why they have teamed up.
'However sexual our bodies may be, we need to hve the freedom as women to choose whn & how we express our sexuality,' the 24-year-old wrote.
'We are more than just our bodies, but that doesn't mean we have to be shamed for them or our sexuality. #liberated.'
She continued: 'Even if being sexualized by society's gaze is demeaning, there must be a space where women can still be sexual when they choose to be.'
Adding to their overall message of liberation and freedom, both beauties stuck up their middle fingers to defy the shamers weeks after the controversy.
Kim's picture, originally posted in early March, caused both outrage and applause from people in the media, other stars and it even featured heavily on news programmes across the globe.
