New Delhi: Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of Delhi, did not defame Prime Minister Narendra Modi by labelling him a "coward" and a "psychopath", a Delhi court has ruled.
Mr Kejriwal, in December, tweeted against the PM after his top aide was raided by the CBI which alleged he had misused his office to help private firms with contracts that cost the government vast losses.

The case accusing Mr Kejriwal of defamation and sedition and inciting "hatred and contempt" against the Prime Minister was filed by Pradeep Dwivedi, a Delhi lawyer.
The court said that the lawyer is "not the aggrieved party" and therefore cannot sue Mr Kejriwal, 47, who has said that he does not regret his language because it is provoked by the union government's recurrent undermining of his administration.
The Chief Minister has also been sued for 10 crores for defamation by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley for publicly linking him to corruption during Mr Jaitley's 13- year tenure as the head of the Delhi and District Cricket Administration or DDCA, the top cricket body in the capital.
Mr Kejriwal and give senior leaders from his Aam Aadmi Party, who are also mentioned in Mr Jaitley's case, were granted bail in the case last month. The Chief Minister has appeared twice in court for hearings in Mr Jaitley's case.
